Dawn Patrol Supply Co. is a family-run business based on the West Coast that stands as a proud Tribal Park Ally, deeply committed to sustainable living and community connection. Founded by Todd and Sarah Evalina, Dawn Patrol is a reflection of the values held by those who live, work, and raise families within Tla-o-qui-aht territory. Their love for the land and the people who call it home is woven into everything they do, from the products they create to the community initiatives they support.
Todd and Sarah create thoughtful, locally made products that resonate with Dawn Patrol’s community values and coastal culture. Their collection features beautiful photographic prints of the coast, capturing the dramatic cliffs, ocean waves, and misty forests of the region. They also sell locally sourced kelp popcorn, a savoury snack combining kelp with nourishing ingredients, inviting customers to get a taste for what the sea can provide.
Todd is a passionate advocate for Ucluelet’s future (most recently running for local council), and together with Sarah, the two bring a sense of responsibility to their roles as business owners in the region. As a Tribal Park Ally, Dawn Patrol recognizes the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations as the original stewards of these lands and waters. This partnership represents a commitment to walk alongside Indigenous leadership, supporting a shared vision of a conservation-based economy rooted in cultural respect and ecological balance.
Being a Tribal Park Ally is a natural extension of Dawn Patrol’s belief of treading lightly, and giving back to the coast that provides so much. They invite other businesses to step into allyship with Tribal Parks, not just as an act of support, but as a shared path forward toward meaningful reconciliation and environmental responsibility.
